Inquiry information is used to respond to questions, discuss current openings and pricing, and arrange a visit. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a place. A visit is confirmed only when Miss Jill replies.

Cloudflare hosts this website and provides security services. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses and request details.
The inquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent spam. Accepted inquiries are delivered through Cloudflare to Sunbeams' email inbox, where the email provider processes and stores them.
The website does not maintain a separate database of inquiry messages. Provider and inbox records are separate from the website.
